- If you are existing patient and doctor has your record, just what’s app your registered mobile no or MR no and Name of patient.
- If you are new patient then your full name, age, mobile no, email I’d
- Plan for What’s app video calling or send pictures of eye or video of eye ,describe your symptoms and history during call or in text format.
- If doctor feels, can call at given date and time at clinic to avoid crowding.
- Can pay via paytm or Google pay as per routine consultation printed at the clinic. Our paytm or Google pay no is 9322763955.
